My stay was quite the rollercoaster. The hotel had a beautiful pool area and the amenities were impressive, but the check-in experience was rough due to a very rude clerk. Fortunately, once in our room, we enjoyed the spacious layout and comfort. The shuttle service was a bit of a hassle, but the location was convenient for exploring Key West. Overall, I would advise choosing this hotel if you want a great suite and amenities, but be prepared for some bumps along the way.
