My stay was quite the rollercoaster. The hotel had a beautiful pool area and the amenities were impressive, but the check-in experience was rough due to a very rude clerk. Fortunately, once in our room, we enjoyed the spacious layout and comfort. The shuttle service was a bit of a hassle, but the location was convenient for exploring Key West. Overall, I would advise choosing this hotel if you want a great suite and amenities, but be prepared for some bumps along the way.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location was nice and the shuttle service to downtown Key West was very convenient. Our room was spacious and clean, with a stunning balcony view. However, I found the staff’s service to be inconsistent, with some being very helpful while others weren't accommodating. The dining situation was also a letdown as I was surprised to find out breakfast wasn’t included. Overall, the resort had great potential but it fell short in a few areas.
